Here are another couple of cards I did for my Display Stamper Board for Onstage, Auckland 2017. I had been given the Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Eastern Gold Vinyl Stickers to work with. At this stage I had no idea what the stamp set for this suite would look like so I chose the One Big Meaning stamp set to create these simple thank you cards.
As they both fit into the Masculine category I decided to enter them both into this weeks TGIF Challenge. Make sure you check out all the other great entries HERE.
After my initial hesitation in using the Vinyl Stickers I was absolutely wowed by them! They give that fantastic gold embossed look to the card super quick. Because they are high quality vinyl they look absolutely stunning up close too.
They coordinate beautifully with the Layering Circles Dies and the Eastern Medallions Thinlits Dies
TIP: Use tweezers or a piercing tool rather than your fingers as your finger prints will show. Also they kind of cling stick and once they are down they are down. So work carefully and commit to the stick! Don’t try and move them around once the stick has started. Flatten with the side of your hand or finger to smooth out any air bubbles.
I just thought I would post a pic of my name plate here too. We had to hand stamp our name plate this year and I couldn’t find any pictures online when I was looking for inspiration. So here is my rather plane name plate in case it helps any future display stampers. I used the now retired layered letters set. It was plain and simple but bold and went nicely with the rest of my board! I loved working with Dapper Denim with the Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper. See how gorgeous the gold foiling looks with Dapper Denim!
