Global Design Project Sketch Challenge

I always try and participate in these challenges if I can. They definitely challenge me to try something new and it’s a great excuse to hop around other peoples blogs. Such fun! Check out all the other entries for this weeks challenge HERE.

I was inspired by the angled layers of the sketch but decided to do the layering with some labels. I used the largest framelit from the Lots of Labels set and cut one end straight and rounded the corners with the corner punch.

I stamped the flower and the greeting from the Birthday Blooms stamp set onto shimmery white card stock. I used my aqua painter to colour the image.
The Real Red ribbon adds contrast to the Night of Navy in the Floral Boutique designer series paper. But I had a hard time choosing between a ribbon bow or a bakers twine bow.

This is the bakers twine bow.

Let me know what you think of this card and which bow you prefer by leaving me a comment. I love getting comments! If you have any questions I will do my best to answer them.

Here is a list of supplies used. Click on any image to view in my online store.

I hope you enjoyed this idea and thanks again for visiting Jazzy Stamping!
